SKYDIVING RIG RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Skydiving Rig Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], by and between:

Lessor: [Company/Individual Name], with an address at [Address], hereinafter referred to as “Lessor,” and

Lessee: [Lessee’s Full Name], with an address at [Address], hereinafter referred to as “Lessee.”

Lessor agrees to rent a skydiving rig to Lessee under the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Lessor shall provide the following skydiving equipment (“Equipment”) in good condition, ready for jumping:

• Harness and container system: [Brand/Model]
• Main parachute: [Brand/Model]
• Reserve parachute: [Brand/Model]
• Automatic Activation Device (AAD): [Brand/Model]
• Additional items: [List any other items included]

2. RENTAL TERM

The rental period begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date], unless extended by mutual agreement.

3. RENTAL FEE AND DEPOSIT

• Security deposit: $[Amount], refundable upon return of Equipment in good condition, minus deductions for damage or loss.

4. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

• Equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer manuals and guidelines.
• Sub-renting of Equipment is strictly prohibited.

• Lessee has inspected the Equipment and confirms it is ready for jumping.
• Lessee must hold a valid skydiving license (minimum: [License Type]).

• Modifications or tampering with Equipment are prohibited.

5. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

• Skydiving is inherently dangerous; Lessee assumes all risks associated with Equipment use.
• Lessee indemnifies and holds Lessor harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from Equipment use.
• Lessee must carry personal liability insurance or sign a waiver accepting full responsibility for injuries or damages.

6. INSPECTION AND RETURN

• Lessee must return Equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
• Damage or loss will be assessed by Lessor, with repair/replacement costs deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally.
• Late returns incur a fee of $[Amount] per [Day/Hour].

7. TERMINATION

• Lessor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Lessee violates any terms.
• Early termination by Lessee is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

8. GOVERNING LAW
